రాష్ట్రంలోని RJDలు & DEOల దృష్టిని పైన చదివిన సూచనలకు ఆహ్వానించారు మరియు వినియోగదారుల రక్షణ చట్టం, 2019ని అట్టడుగు స్థాయికి తీసుకెళ్లేందుకు వినియోగదారుల వ్యవహారాలు, మంచి & పౌర సరఫరాల శాఖ విస్తృతమైన ప్రచారాన్ని ప్రారంభిస్తోందని వారికి తెలియజేయబడింది. విద్యార్థి సంఘం భాగస్వామ్యం లేకుండా వినియోగదారుల ఉద్యమాన్ని తదుపరి స్థాయికి తీసుకెళ్లడం సాధ్యం కాదు. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లో 750 ప్రభుత్వ ఉన్నత పాఠశాలలు ఉన్నాయి, ప్రతి ప్రభుత్వంలో ఒక వినియోగదారు క్లబ్‌ను ఏర్పాటు చేయాలనుకుంటున్నారు. 8 మరియు 9 తరగతుల విద్యార్థులతో పాఠశాల.

 The attention of the RJDs & DEOs in the State is invited to the references read above and they are informed that the Department of Consumer Affairs, Good & Civil Supplies is launching extensive campaign to take consumer protection Act, 2019 to the grassroots level. Without the participation of student community, it will not be possible to take the consumer movement to the next level. There are 750 Govt. High Schools in Andhra Pradesh would like to set up one consumer club in each Govt. School with the students of 8th and 9th classes.

Further, planning to provide training programmes to all the teachers who are in-charge of Consumer Clubs. The trained teachers in turn groom the consumer clubs by inviting experts from the consumer movement to enrich the knowledge of these young minds on market realities. Hence, requested to give the directions to the Headmaster/Principal of all Government Schools to identify one teacher who can take care of the consumer club and forward the details of Name of the teacher, School, Address, Contact number and mail id of the in-charge teacher to the Commissioner of Civil supplies department (dydirmcccs@gmail.com) and copy extend to this ofce also. 

The following Action Plan for starting of one consumer club for 8th and 9th class students in all High Schools in the State to create awareness to students. 

1. Elocution competition in consumer subjects. 

2.Presenting cultural programmes on consumer related matters. 3.Essay writing competitions. 

4.Drawing competitions. 

5.Conducting survey on consumer challenges. 

6.Visit to District Consumer Commission or 

7.Any other activity related to consumer protection. 

In this context, they are hereby instructed to issue instructions to the field level ofcers i.e., DyEOs/EEOs/HEs in their jurisdiction for starting one consumer club for 8th and 9th class students in all High Schools in the State. Further issue instructions to all the Headmasters of High Schools in the state to identify a teacher, who can take care of the consumer club and forward the details of in-charge teacher along with mobile number to the above said mail address and Permit him/her to hold consumer club meeting every month. Every alternate month speaker meeting and in the remaining months the above consumer related activities shall be assigned to the consumer club members. They are instructed to submit the details of the teacher who can take care of the consumer club.
