All DEOs and RJDs to communicate this order to all HMs and ensure smooth transition of all children from one school to another depending on the class of transition (like.. class 2 to 3, 5 to 6, 7 to 8 or 8 to 9). This process shall be completed by 23rd, the last working day. I will be reviewing the daily progress from 15 th April onwards*
అన్ని పాఠశాలల వారు మన పాఠశాలలో Highest Class విద్యార్దులు ఏ పాఠశాలలో జాయిన్ అవుతున్నారో ముందుగానే పేరెంట్స్ వద్ద నుండి డిక్లరేషన్ ఫామ్ తీసుకొని, ఆ విద్యార్థిని స్టూడెంట్ ఇన్ఫో సైట్ లో కొత్తగా Opt చేసుకొన్న పాఠశాలకు ఆన్లైన్ లో మ్యాపింగ్ చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది, కొత్త పాఠశాల వారు ఆ ట్రాన్స్ఫర్ రిక్వెస్ట్ ను యాక్సెప్ట్ చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది. ఏప్రిల్ 23 కల్లా కంప్లీట్ చేయాలి. దీనికి సంబంధించి CSE వారి ఉత్తర్వులు, పేరెంట్స్ నుండి తీసుకోవాల్సిన డిక్లరేషన్ ఫామ్.
