A.P.Model Schools – High Schools Plus - To obtain options from SSC students who are desire to express their willingness to join in 210 High School Plus i.e. Co-Education (207) & Girls (03) High School plus situated in the premises of same School for study of 1st year intermediate for ensuing academic year to be started from 2024-25 – Instructions – Issued.
1.The attention of all the District Educational officers in the state is invited to the reference 5th read above, wherein Government have upgraded 210 High Schools into High School Plus i.e. Co-Education (207) & Girls (03) present in 208 Mandals out of 679 Mandals with 02 groups out of 03 groups i.e. MPC., Bi.PC & CEC @ 40 students to each group, from the Academic Year 2024-25, to be functional from 1st June, 2024 to fulfill Government policy that every Mandal shall have two Intermediate Junior Colleges i.e. one is for Co-education and one is exclusively for Girls. The same was communicated vide reference 7th cited above.
2. In view of the above, all the District Educational officers in the state are hereby informed to issue necessary instructions to the Headmasters concerned mentioned in the Annexures I & II enclosed herein to obtain options from SSC students who express their desire to join in specific group걪s in the High Schools Plus situated in the respective Mandal to study 1st year intermediate for ensuing academic year to be started from 2024-25, duly co-ordinating with the other Headmasters of High Schools of in the same mandal and nearby mandal.
3. Further, informed to instruct the concerned Mandal Educational Officers to convene a meeting with all the Head Masters and Teachers of High Schools belong to all the managements to create awareness on the High School plus and obtain the options from the SSC students for studying the Ist year intermediate in 210 High Schools into High School Plus i.e. Co-Education (207) & Girls (03) for ensuing academic year 202425 with 02 groups out of 03 groups i.e. MPC., Bi.PC & CEC @ 40 students to each group, from the Academic Year 2024-25.
4. In this connection, all the District Educational officers informed that make necessary arrangements following the admission schedule issued in the reference 8th read above by the Secretary, Board of Intermediate Education, A.P. on making admissions for 1st year Intermediate to the Academic Year 2024-25 (copy enclosed). And also requested to evidence their personal attention on the above matter and submit the opted strength enrollment along with the group particulars of each school duly ensuring optimum admissions next academic year 2024-25
5. Further, all the District Educational officers are requested to furnish the strength 걪enrollment along with the group particulars of each school for deployment of subject teachers through Mail id. apms.cse@apschooledu.in, only after obtaining from the Headmasters concerned. 6. The above particulars of (both soft copy and Pdf copy) are to be reached to this office on or before 15.05.2024 at 5 PM, for taking necessary action for deployment of subject teachers.
