Clarification on Suffixing or Prefixing Summer Vacation .
" If any Teacher who was present on last working day and is absent on the re opening day of the School or was absent on last working day but is present on the re-opening day of the School, He/she may be sanctioned earned leave for the days he/she was absent, sufflxing or prefixing the Summer Vacation.

సంక్రాంతి/దసరా సెలవులు 9 రోజులు ఐన స్కూల్ మూసివేసే రోజు లేదా తెరిచే రోజు ఏదో ఒక రోజు C.L పెట్టుకోవచ్చును*.
సెలవులు 10 రోజులు మించితే మాత్రం మొత్తం అన్ని రోజులు eligible leave పెట్టుకోవాల్సిందే.

15 రోజులకు మించిన సెలవుల ను వెకేషన్ అంటారు.*
15 రోజుల కన్నా తక్కువ ఉన్న సెలవు లను షార్ట్ టర్మ్ హాలిడేస్ అంటారు*.
వెకేషన్ హాలిడేస్ లో ముందు రోజు గానీ, ఓపెన్ రోజు గానీ(రెండింటిలో ఒక్కటి మాత్రమే) హాజరు అయితే సరిపోతుంది.*
షార్ట్ టర్మ్ హాలిడేస్ కు ముందు, ఓపెన్ రోజు తప్పక వెళ్లాలి.*
షార్ట్ టర్మ్ హాలిడేస్ 10 రోజుల కన్నా తక్కువ ఐన ముందు రోజు గానీ, ఓపెన్ రోజు గానీ(రెండింటిలో ఒక్కటి మాత్రమే) సాధారణ సెలవు పెట్టుకోవచ్చు.*
వెకేషన్ హాలిడేస్ లో ముందు రోజు గానీ, ఓపెన్ రోజు గానీ బడికి హాజరు కానప్పుడు సాధారణ సెలవు ఇవ్వకూడదు.*
సంపాదిత/అర్థ వేతన సెలవు మాత్రమే మంజూరు చేయాలి.*

ప్రకారం టర్మ్ హాలిడేస్ 14 రోజులకు మించిన సందర్భంలో ప్రిఫిక్స్,సఫిక్స్(PREFIX SUFFIX) చేసుకునుటకు అవకాశం కలదు.*
చివరి పనిదినం, రీ ఓపెనింగ్ డే లలో ఏదో ఒక రోజు హాజరు కానిచో ఆ రోజు అర్హతగల సెలవు పెట్టుకోవచ్చును.*

దసరా సెలవులు 9 రోజుల కన్నా ఎక్కువ 15 రోజులు కన్నా తక్కువ ఇచ్చిన సందర్భంలో సెలవులకి ముందు రోజు,సెలవుల తరువాత రోజు తప్పకుండా బడికి హాజరు కావాలి.*
హాజరు కాకపోతే eligible leave పెట్టుకోవాలి(HPL/ML/EL/EOL).*

Prefixing or Suffixing is Not allowed for the Terminal Holidays not exceeding 15 Days. The Director of Public Instructions vide Rc.10324/E4-2/69 Dated 7-11-1969 has issued instructions that the terminal holidays cannot either be prefixed or suffixed to the leave. Hence It is clear that Teachers cannot Prefix or Suffix the Dasara and Sankranthi (Pongal) Holidays not exceeding 15 Days means No Leaves are allowed on Closing and Reopening days of the Dasara and Sankranthi Holidays if they are not exceeding 15 Days.Only these holidays notified in the Gazette can be prefixed or suffixed to the earned leave or half pay leave.
