The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State are invited to the reference read above, wherein in the reference 1st read above, the Commissioner of School Education & Ex. Officio Project Director, APMS/RMSA, A.P., Ibrahimpatnam, Amaravati has issued orders for preservation of Earned leave proportionately to the Principals of A.P. Model Schools only for prevention of summer vacations during the years 2015-16, 2016-17 and 2017-18.
Further they are informed that, certain representations received with regards to sanction of Earned leave to the Principal/Principal(FAC) who are actually involved in the admission work or any other official work assigned by the CSE/RJD/DEO during the summer vacation for the Academic years from 2018-19 to 2023-24.
In this connection, the Director of School Education, A.P., is pleased to accord permission to the District Educational Officers concerned in the State to sanction the Earned Leave to the Principal/Principal (FAC) who are actually involved in admission work or any other official work assigned by the CSE/RJD/DEO during summer vacation for the Academic years from 2018-19 to 2023-24.
Therefore, the District Educational Officers concerned in the State are hereby instructed to take necessary action for preservation of Earned leave proportionately to the Principal/Principal (FAC) of A.P. Model Schools in the State, those who are actually involved in the admission work or any other official work assigned by the CSE/RJD/DEO during the summer vacation for the academic years 2018-19 to 2023-24 for prevention of summer vacations, duly verifying the work done statement, attendance and all other evidences of the concerned Principal/Principal(FAC) in the similar manner where the orders issued for proportionate earned leave preservation for the academic years 2015-16, 2016-17 and 2017-18. And make necessary entries in the Service Register of the individuals without fail.
