*ఈ నెల 19 నుంచి 26 వరకు నిర్వహించబడు పదో తరగతి పరీక్షల జవాబు పత్రాల మూల్యాంకన సమయంలో పాటించాల్సిన నియమాలను విడుదల చేసిన గౌ.ఏపి పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ కమిషనర్ S.సురేష్ కుమార్ గారు.*
*1). అసిస్టెంట్ ఎగ్జామినర్లు ఒక రోజులో 40 జవాబు పత్రాలను మాత్రమే మూల్యాంకనం చేయాలి.*
*2). సంబంధిత అసిస్టెంట్ ఎగ్జామినర్లు మూల్యాంకనం చేసిన అన్ని సమాధాన పత్రాల మార్కులను స్పెషల్ అసిస్టెంట్లు లెక్కించాలి. ప్రత్యేక సహాయకులు వీటిని కూడా ధృవీకరించాలి.*
*4). చీఫ్ ఎగ్జామినర్ ప్రతి అసిస్టెంట్ ఎగ్జామినర్ మూల్యాంకనం చేసిన కనీసం 20 ఆన్సర్ స్క్రిప్ట్‌లను వెరిఫై చేయాలి. (అంటే, మొత్తం 60 ఆన్సర్ స్క్రిప్ట్‌లు వెరిఫై చేయబడాలి).*
*5). అసిస్టెంట్ క్యాంప్ ఆఫీసర్లు ప్రతి అసిస్టెంట్ ఎగ్జామినర్ నుండి కనీసం 2 స్క్రిప్ట్‌లను వెరిఫై చేయాలి.*
*6). డిప్యూటీ క్యాంప్ ఆఫీసర్ రోజుకు కనీసం 45 వాల్యుయేట్ స్క్రిప్ట్‌లను వెరిఫై చేయాలి.*
*7). క్యాంపు అధికారి రోజుకు కనీసం 20 జవాబు పత్రాలను ధృవీకరించాలి.*
*8). రీ-కౌంటింగ్, రీ-వెరిఫికేషన్ ప్రక్రియలో అభ్యర్థులకు సమాధాన పత్రాల ఫోటోస్టాట్ కాపీలు అందించబడతాయి. కాబట్టి, మూల్యాంకనం చేసేటప్పుడు చాలా జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకోవాలి.
All the DEOs are here by informed the Spot Valuation of SSC Public Examinations,April2023 will commence from 19.04.2023 to 26.04.2023 in 23 Spot Valuation Centers (except Parvathipuram Manyam, Aluri Sitharamraju and Nandyal Districts) and the concerned District Educational Officers in the state were supplied with the Booklets of Guidelines and Instructions regarding the Conduct of Spot Valuation of SSC Public Examinations, April2023.
Al the concerned District Educational Officers are responsible for making the necessary arrangements and for providing the essential facilities for the conduct of Spot Valuation at the irrespective Districts.
Further, all the concerned District Educational Officers in the state are here by instructed to issue the following instructions to the Staff involved in the Spot Valuation and to ensure strict implementation of the following instructions:-
- The Assistant Examiners should evaluate only 40 answer scripts in a day.
- The Special Assistants shall count the marks of al the answer scripts evaluated by the Assistant Examiners concerned.
- The Special Assistants shall also verify whether:-
- If any excess answers are written by the candidate.
- If written whether they have been valuated or not.
- If valuated the excess answers, then the answers with more marks shall be considered than the les marks and highest marks be awarded to the candidate.
- The Chief Examiner shall verify at least 20 answer scripts evaluated byeachAsistantExamineri.e.,atotalof60answerscriptsshould be verified)
- The Assistant Camp Officers shall verify at least two scripts from each Assistant Examiner.
- The Deputy Camp Officers have verify a minimum of 45 valuated scripts per day.
- The Camp Officers have verify minimum of 20 answer scripts per day.
- In the process of Re-Counting and Re-Verification, the Photostat copies of the answer scripts wil be provided to the candidates. Hence, utmost care should be taken while evaluation.
- Any change of marks noticed in Re-Counting then the Spl Assistants &
- Any changes noticed in Re-Verification, then Assistant Examiners, Chief Examiner wil be held responsible and disciplinary action willbe initiated against them besides imposing penalty as per the orders vide Memo.No.5378/PE.SER.I/A2/2011,dated:22.03.2011.
In this context, all the concerned District Educational Officers shall adhere to these instructions scrupulously for the smooth conduct of Spot Valuation of SSC Public Examinations, April 2023 and the District Level Observers shall act as Observers and visit their respective Spot Venues for the first two days i.e., on 19.04.2023 and 20.04.2023.
